[CPAGeeks] Hyperlinks on CCH Axcess Invoices & Custom Reporting Consultants

2 Questions:


  1.  Does anyone know of a way to insert a hyperlink onto invoices in Axcess? 
We want clients to be able to click an image on the PDF bill and be taken to 
our own payment platform. Axcess has a built-in feature to add an ePay link to 
invoices but you can only use their ePay processor, and we don't want to use 
them. A partner at the firm swears he knows another firm that was able to 
accomplish this but is uncertain on the details.
  2.  Does anyone have a consultant they can recommend to build customized 
reports in Axcess? We're having to take several different reports currently in 
the library and combine them manually to get certain data.  We'd like to have 
someone streamline this process for us and haven't been impressed with CCH's 
team.
