We have never had to provide remote access.

We have a locked-down laptop with Engagement on it that we load the workpapers
onto.

If we were ever called to provide remote access to workpapers, we would most
likely spin-up a VM w/Engagement loaded on it and provide the remote end with
access via our Remote Support software; ConnectWise Control.
