We have used a laptop with a standard user profile, set in a different
subnet (VLAN) with nothing on it but the workpaper management program and a
read only copy of the binder they needed to review. Would give them VPN/RDP
access to the laptop.

------------------------------ Hi Christy;     Our production Engagement is
only available via RDP and we are no longer using client software on
laptops. The exception to this is for remote access to workpapers where  we
sync necessary binder(s) to a physical laptop which is connected to our
Guest wireless network. From that laptop we initiate a remote managed
session to a pre-provided email address for the remote party whereby the
connect to the system remotely with no access to the Internal network.  We
can monitor and view everything they are doing, they cannot download
documents, nor print them. Only view what is on the screen in our office.
We are ONLY doing remote accessed solution.  Accessing parties also like it
because it does not require them to travel.   Works very well and has gone
