Hi, Minh
As I have raised the issue of speeding since last year when the half of the
access road in front of townhouses and building G & L was opened for one way
driving. There have been speeding more serious than before. We should install
speed bumps on existing half road with short size and install the other half
when the buildings are completed.
As you know we had made complaint the Developer provided the narrow pathway and
uneven pathway surface is unsafe for the pedestrians walking along especially
for aged and kids. The speeding is causing more dangerous in this section of
road.
Please take this issue as an urgent item to be done in your agendas.
Regarding the Cash Management Financial Report requested by Anne months ago, we
can't see any your response. The excuse of lack of financial transparency on
the software problem is totally not acceptable. We can find any other Strata
Management, Company even the small one can easily provide this cash management
financial report. Paul Kim had provided the same when requested.
Thank you for your attention on the above mentioned.
Kim

Hi Minh
I took there photos this morning outside the Townhouses. The signs completely
obstruct the footpath in a number of locations forcing pedestrians and parents
with prays and elderly with shopping wheelers onto a narrow road with no speed
inhibitors.
This is potentially a very dangerous situation and I request you address this
with the builder and developer to come up with a safer solution that does not
obstruct what is a very narrow pathway and roadway that carries 100% of traffic
here.
Thank you
Darren
