Hi Minh,
I believe there is a card reader there already so no installation would be
required however any time I tried to use it, it wouldn’t recognize my card so
I suspect the system hasn’t been configured to allow me (or very few I
suspect). If this is the case then simply grant all the security cards access
to the gym. At lease this way only residents should be able to access the gym.
The pool is another matter that would require investigation, I would hope it
would be as simple as moving the card reader from the gym to the entry point to
both areas but I’m not sure how practical that would be.

Hi Darren,
Yes, will discuss with Jack, regards to control of unwanted users of gym and
pool
Need to consider - location control, Cost of keys, lock installation vs
swipecard reader and installation, repairs and maintenance.
Can have suggestion.
See you.

Great idea Anne
I think much of the damage in the sports area is due to unauthorized use.
It would also go some way to mitigate our public liability insurance as these
are considered High Risk facilities.
Perhaps locks and keys instead of swipe cards, issued to owners only?

Hi Minh,
There are people driving here to use the pool and gym. Could we have these
areas accessible by Swipe Card only?
thanks,
