Sorry my last email had inaccurate percentages (shouldn't do math when I'm
tired), sorry for any confusion.
Regarding the Income & Expenditure Account report provided for the AGM, can you
explain why the budget figures are not included for each Income & Expense
category on this report?
How are we to know how we are performing against budget if this information
isn't there. Additionally can more information be provided for the following
income and expenditure categories;
Administration fund
* Levies received (46% increase over previous year)
* Other Income (71% decrease in previous year)
* Administration charge (25% increase over previous year)
* General Cleaning & Lawns (67% increase over previous year)
* Legal & Debt collection (93% decrease in previous year)
* Lift & Telephone (964% increase over previous year)
* Management Fees (48% increase over previous year)
* Water Usage (126% increase over previous year)
Sinking Fund
* Repair & Maintenance (13,300% increase over previous year)
