Overall things are better in bins area as Council also allows more rubbish
removal.
My headace back to control finance, promise to talk to Anne and Kim regards
statements in couple of days as too busy dealing AGM, and repairs without
internet (since friday NBN no connection).

Hi Minh,
I just wanted to say that our basement car park has now been cleaned in
accordance with the cleaning maintenance schedule. While I feel a little more
effort in removing the chewing gum on the ground could have been made it is
overall good to see it clean.
This in addition of the instillation of some energy efficient lighting in the
car park is also welcome and hopefully will have a noticeable impact on our
power consumption.
I trust the above cleaning and lighting has also been done on the other blocks.
