Hello Jack & Minh,

1. The security door of building N still not fixed. Anyone can have access to
ground floor. I have been raising this issue to you for multiple times for the
last three months, and why it remains so? I hope you can have a clear response
and action plan for it this time!

2. The cleaner has not been cleaning the building as per their contract! The
are supposed to clean the letter box each day, and only once this month. The
letter box has been covered with dirt.

They are supposed to vacuum each level on Monday and Friday, but they only
vacuum on Monday. I heard no one vacuuming Friday, and whatever left on
Thursday night remains their over the weekend. Please see the photos.

3. The lift door on each level has never been cleaned. Please the the photo.
Those stains has been there for months.

If Critini keeps breaching of their contract, what is the point of hiring them
for the cleaning service? Also they should compensate the owner corporation for
the breach.
