information (noted -some do not want to answer at all -in particular owners
who rented themselves -must go through them, not tenants)

Regards to cardboard, as pricing is not good at the moment, recycle
company charge money to collect . Council advise that they will help in
large item house rubbish removal, but we need to deal with cardboard, Jack
just remove a mountain of cardboard outside on 15/2/2017. I check with
Jack tomorrow, arrange disposal of the rubbish at depot outside.
I will plan with Jack to remove on weekly schedule then problem as in your
pictures should be disappear.
Any idea, contact of recycling material, help are much appreciated.
