Unfortunately it won’t be easy to gain control of the SC. Neil will have all
the Proxy Votes signed over to Jason when people bought their property and
maybe some forged as per the Andy Wen one. And Jason will certainly have all
the Proxies ofr the properties he manages for Owners. Plus Telmet owns some
property too. So we are will struggle until all the units are sold and 12
months has passed and the Proxy expires.

Apparently, Minh Hua is sneaky as well as Jason. Or otherwise, he has some
secrets in that financial report that he didn't want us know.
I already asked every member of the Chinese chat group to watch the AGM meeting
procedure and speak out any confusion, doubt, and unclear points during the
meeting.
At the meantime, we need to make the voting and calculating procedure disclosed
and/or recorded.
Anne confirmed with me that any member of the owner's corporation can only hold
maximum 5% of the proxy and voting power, and it can't be presented by any
non-owner.
It sounds like easy to gain control of SC if they play fair. Just need to watch
and prevent the dark side.

I recall that you have made complaint to Minh on the above matter and you
said that there was software problem, so that the cash management financial
report can’t be produced. Is there any proof in writing such as email or
minutes of meeting ?
