I have been advised by Fair Trading that Owners can request for any items to be
placed on the agenda for the AGM! And i have several that i am submitting for
the AGM where all Owners will be present to vote on them, and not the Phony SC.
a.. The first one is that we try a company other than Criniti for the
Building Management contracts for Buildings P and Q and only give them a 12
month Contract
b.. and the 2nd Item I want on the Agenda is that the meeting next year be at
Centenary Park in the Community Hall
