Hello all,
I am looking for some volunteers who can help to water the mural garden this
summer.
There is a hose and sprinkler that is there to be used. In general, a good
soaking once per week (20-30 minutes using the sprinkler?) will do, unless we
are having a real drought. Last summer Teo Villagra, Joe Rauscher and I
spontaneously did it, but Joe said he wouldn’t be able to this year and I
haven’t yet heard back from Teo yet. Cristina Ramos has told me that she will
help.
My thought is that we could just establish a rotation for who is up next and
trade turns when necessary. If you can help out, please respond to this list
and we can organize a meeting to go over what to do.
I will be leaving for almost 3 weeks next Wednesday, so I would really like to
have people ready to help out while I am gone. I have planted a lot of things
this spring (some are blooming now!) that need extra attention this summer to
get established.
