Thank you Dan for raising this issue. I think you have a great habit
of raising these profound issues.
If we work Systemically, then I guess on some level we accept or
believe that we are part of a system. After I left the practice of
Constellations, partly because I found Constellation work could not
answer for me the wider questions about the system that I needed to
ask, I went on to study the mechanics of life, even how love adheres
to the physical laws of the universe.
This initially was a shock to me, and in my extreme thinking, I did go
through a time of despair, where everything seemed mreaningless and a
form of manipulation, (for reference to this, please see the first
Matrix film).
My friend and boss, who was passing on these observations of the
mechanics of life to me, was very aware of my despair and negativity.
He made a suggestion that in a way, saved my life and gave me a sense
of purpose I never knew was possible. He said, "go and talk to the
system directly". So I started to do this, some would say this was
talking to God, but I found the system has much more meaning for me,
because it is neutral. To my surprise I have found that the system
indeed contains the love, compassion and the support that it needs now
to start the new trend. But moving towards this new trend, for me at
least, is very hard, unless we can start to deal with our primal
anxiety, our aggression and our pride, our need to be right.
So, strange as it seems, learning new idea's how life's conglomerate
consciousness is formulated, and interpretations of the physical laws
that propel complexity and suffering, has led me to a new sense of
appreciation for life. And this is very logical, because in oneness,
seems all must be included, from the Souls so beautifully described by
Barbara to the formulaes that stage our realities, and only the ego
will separate.
