As many of you may know I am primarily a trauma specialist and as such my
priorities are primarily with my relationship with the field, then the
client, the group and last the constellation. One can do systemically oriented
trauma work without always needing to set up representatives for every
issue. Given that it is often the case many more people want to work than
there is enough time for, I prioritize work with the client and de-role only
if necessary.
