Dear All,
I am so glad you brought this topic up Dean as animals in this work can speak
volumes.
When I work with individuals I always bring Jaxon in. He's a Wheaten Terrier.
I have learnt to read his body language very well and in a sense narrate what
he is
expressing to the client. In the first few minutes he has already told me a
'story'
As the Constellation begins and footprints are placed he will quietly move
himself
around - lying beside a set of prints, blocking himself between the client and
what needs to
be looked at, making himself invisible and so on. After an aborted child or a
miscarriage
is 'seen' he just feels he's done and leaves the room. His amazing
representation says
so much to the trauma of the situation and I have never had a client yet who
didn't connect
with what he just 'showed' them often bringing a knowing smile to their faces,
and a deep exhalation.
I never expected this, he just decided one day to join in and has risen to the
occasion
ever since. He's also very much part of a group workshop and is becoming quite
a little
celebrity.
Horses are so similar. When I used horses as representatives for Constellation
work they
already knew their job and who they would work with before the work began. I
have a friend in Germany,
Gerhard Krebs who uses his horses in Corporate Constellation work. He had
never heard of Hellinger
but his horses helped him create this method which is identical in it's mapping
technique.
There are lots of people using horses in healing work and it seems the animals
are stepping
up now to assist us in whatever way they can. I am by no means an expert in
any of these fields
but the presence of an animal in any healing work is unforgettable for a
client. Perhaps Hellinger
already knew this when he said 'The best work is done in silence'
Thanks for listening
