(May 2008). May be it will be useful for you, because the Moscow
training also was out of Sciencia "trade mark" and Bert worked alone
(without Sofie). And there were no banner :-)
Comparing the training with Pichl-2 Camp I found it more "soft" and
restrained and "traditional". Bert did't work in his
new "multidimentional" approach he demonstrated in Pichl for the
first time this spring. Almost all constellations were in his "old"
approach with Orders, a lot of prases and explanations after every
constellation.
So, if you want to see Bert's new work, I fill it's better to go to
Pichl in December (but there will be a banner on the wall :-)) . For
more traditional Bert's work may be it's better to see him in
Louisville...

Thank you so much for your delightful response, especially for
addressing the banner issue! What you say is very helpful to me
because you are clearly distinguishing Pichl-2 from Pichl-1. I
realize that I have only viewed the video of Pichl-1.
It is very heartening then to see that Bert Hellinger is going back to
the tried and true "traditional" methods. My gut definitely says Yes!
to that. I also like how you distinguish Pichl from Louisville. So,
I guess then, Pichl would be like going to McDonald's for a Big Mac
and fries while Louisville would be like going to a classic restaurant
with Old World cuisine. Now that makes Louisville a lot more
appetizing. :-)
But seriously, I think this issue of tradition is related to couples
relationships. Just after I read your message, Elena, I resumed
reading in "Love's Hidden Symmetry" and I happened to read right to
the section where Bert Hellinger speaks of the way a wife should
follow her husband. (pp. 51-53)
Elena, I would very much like to hear what you think about this.
Because the insight came to me that during Pichl-1, Bert and Sophie
were still in the honeymoon phase, and that Bert was happily letting
Sophie do her own thing, letting her lead instead of him, or even
dancing solo. But now the honeymoon is over and Bert the husband is
now finally leading as the man should be leading, and Sophie the wife
is now following instead of trying to lead.
You know, I loved that recent posting about "Tango Argentino." I think
it's worth repeating the end of that post:
"The man takes from the woman something he does not have and
transforms it, which strengthens his masculinity. Each gains from the
other. The woman follows the man into his energy circle, into his way
of moving, and he makes it possible for her to unfold. The man's task
is to show the woman's beauty. If all that is masculine clearly
remains with the man and all that is feminine clearly remains with the
woman, beauty appears. When these energies join, the masculine and the
feminine merge. A movement comes into being: life and. .. tango."
Now if Bert and Sophie are doing the right kind of tango now, then I
feel very relieved about going to Louisville. I guess my hang-up about
the banner had to do with Sophie trying to do the tango all by herself
during Pichl-1.

PS Elena, I wonder if they didn't have the banner in Moscow because
one was not available in the Russian alphabet. :-)
