Hi Preeti,

Glad that the thesis is on its way and congratulations on achieving the Masters. Well done.

So are you now a resident in Melbourne? together with Malcolm? My home town. My Mother died in February as I was leading a workshop in Bermagui on the south coast. It was expected but also a huge change happened inside me which just showed me the profound movement of Mother for us all. Then we travelled onto Melbourne for the big family funeral which turned out to be a very loving family constellation.

Had a workshop at Sangsurya a couple of weeks ago - very good although one very dumping trickie customer challenged all my leadership skills. First time I've had so many couples - in all five.

Lots of love to you and Malcolm,

Bubula

Hello All

After a long silence I am back. My thesis is finished and I have now
a Masters in Counselling. I have also moved 2000 km South - from
Brisbane to Melbourne! Below are my new address details. If you are
not doing so already, please use the email address preeti@helena-

Also, I was wondering whether anybody knows of somebody interested in
publishing a compilation on organisational constellation where my
thesis could be included in. I have talked to Carl-Auer Verlag, but
they are not publishing any new English books at the moment. Here is
the abstract for your information.

An Exploration of Career Issues Using the Systemic Structural
Constellation Approach
Submitted in partial fulfilment of the requirements for the Master of
Counselling in the School of Psychology and Counselling at Queensland
University of Technology

Abstract

This report summarises a research project into systemic structural
constellations in an individual setting. This study was undertaken
because few publications about this model are currently available in
English. A literature review gives a brief overview of the systemic
family constellation model according to Hellinger (2001), including
off-shoots, such as organisational constellations and structural
constellations, and the process of a systemic constellation. In
addition, a closer look is given at research trends in this field. A
brief overview of the technique in general is given, to inform the
reader of this addition to family therapy, organisational consulting
and personal coaching. The research design includes a more detailed
description of the process used in this study. By using a problem or
goal constellation, the research used qualitative and
phenomenological case studies in a systemic exploration of career
issues. A wealth of information has been received in both
constellation session facilitation itself, and the client feedback
from the post-session interviews. The cases are individually
summarised and evaluated, followed by a general discussion on the
findings. The constellations revealed unconscious agendas of the
clients, shown clearly in three of the five cases where the client
uncovered a larger issue during the process. In all cases, the
clients reported a benefit and an appreciation for systemic
constellations. Several paths of further research into systemic
constellations were identified, including an investigation of their
effect over time, with follow up three, six or twelve months after
the process.

All the best
