ABC Amber CHM Converter is a batch decompiler for Windows HTML Help (.chm)
files. It can convert them to various formats, including PDF, RTF, HTML, TXT
and others - it offers more than two dozen conversion formats, however many
of them will only work if you have the appropriate converters installed. The
program attempts to maintain the original layout and extracts all images,
maintains hyperlinks and more. One of the key features, the conversion to
PDF format (no need for Adobe Acrobat), supports 40/128 bits PDF encryption,
PDF security options, page size, compression mode and more.
Requires MS HTML Help and some additional converters.
