Hola, Peeps --

I just met with Dr. Pagnucci, my advisor.

He was really great and helpful, but I have narrow my focus down a bit.  (I?m doing a narrative dissertation on the adjunct lifestyle, asking if academia does, indeed, eat its young.) 

So, for all you lowly adjuncts out there, what are your THREE biggest gripes about the lifestyle as a whole?  This can include anything.
