[comixed] Any impact from modification?

I’m just wondering if there is any impact on CX, or it’s library if I modify a 
comic file after it’s been imported.

Say I open it up and delete the info file, or a problematic page....would CX 
still recognise it as the file that’s been imported?

Same question if the file is deleted, or the drive it’s sorted in is 
unavailable?
