Even if it was local I wouldn't at age 70
Spent part of the day on a Detroit Bookfest board meeting talking about whether
we can do a bookfest in 2021 and we are scheduled for July normally

Hey Swamp Thing fans!
For whatever it may be worth, I want to mention that I originally wasn't
excited when Mike Perkins told me he'd be working on Swamp Thing. While I was
happy to see him do it because I knew his style meshed perfectly with the
textures and atmosphere of Swamp Thing's world, I just hadn't been interested
in reading the character since the Rick Veitch days which followed the Alan
Moore run.
But after reading Future State, I'm not only converted, but I honestly haven't
enjoyed a Swamp Thing comic as much as I did this one, since the 2nd year of
Moore's run. Ram V. and Perkins have made me fall in love with Swamp Thing all
over again, and I hope anyone reading this gives the book a try, it'll be worth
your while!
Here are the original art pages. Lots have sold already, as I announced the
AArt Drop to my mailing List members yesterday. If you want toget on the list,
feel free to join via the link on my site.
