excited when Mike Perkins told me he'd be working on Swamp Thing. While I was
happy to see him do it because I knew his style meshed perfectly with the

in reading the character since the Rick Veitch days which followed the Alan

But after reading Future State, I'm not only converted, but I honestly

year of Moore's run. Ram V. and Perkins have made me fall in love with Swamp
Thing all over again, and I hope anyone reading this gives the book a try,
it'll be worth your while!
