Thank you to everyone for their helpful suggestions and comments on my
WACTD problem.
I am pleased to announce that we have a full collaborative participation
agreement signed in one of those cases now. The other case is less of a
problem, so I am much relieved.
While the signed agreement is no guarantee of ultimate settlement, I
believe it is a major leap forward.
