What is your interest in Collaborative Law: I have developed my practice to
offer various alternatives to traditiional forms of law. Collaborative Law
has offered a significant new way to approach resolution out side of
litigation and offers benefits that mediation, as practiced in our area,
does not. I have recently limited my practice to accepting only
non-lititgation work, primarily collaborative.
