Apart, Not Broken: Learn, Connect, & Create is a FREE, online, multi-media
program for fathers to adjust and parent after divorce or separation.
Developed by Shelly D. Mahon out of the University of Wisconsin-Madison as part
of her doctoral work, this 12-week program combines (1) videos reflecting the
real life experiences of fathers, (2) links to online interactive tools and a
discussion forum, (3) current and concise information about adjusting and
parenting after divorce or separation, (4) recommended activities for fathers
and their children, and (5) additional resources about separation and divorce.
The program is for fathers with at least one child that is 18 years of age or
younger. It is flexible, convenient, and available worldwide anywhere with an
