I am a Mental Health Professional in Texas. I am currently working
with the Mental Health Protocols committee to define the MHP's role
in the process and the overall models that can be used. We would
like to gather the following information from MHP's in other
states/areas who are participating in the Collaborative process:
1. The roles you play in the Interdisciplinary approach
2. The model, if one is defined, used by MHP's in your state or area
3. Any other information that defines involvement of MHP's in your
area/state
