Utah has mandatory dispute resolution for all civil matters in the three
most populated counties in the State. There is mandatory mediation
state-wide,
for all divorces for which a responsive pleading is filed. The Rules of
Judicial Adminstration specifically recognizes Collaborative Law as an
acceptable
ADR process for any of these mandatory requirements. The provisions are at
