There are several of our members who use CL in trusts and estates. I have used
it a couple of time, but I am not an expert in that area. If you could come
to our annual conference Sept 5-7, you could talk to people who have used it.
I don't know exactly what need. If you wouldlike to call me, I will be glad to
try to help you. I do have some brochures for probate.

Subject: [CollabLaw] Trust & Estate using CP model
Colleagues,
Is anyone using the CP model with trusts & estates/probate in the US?
I am talking with a friend in the trust management area and he was very
interested in learning more about using the Collaborative model in trusts and
estates and is willing to connect me with people in that area he knows who
might be open to this.
What I am wondering is if someone has something they have put together on this
that they would be willing to share with me. A brochure, flyer, handout,
article, etc. would be much appreciated. I am hoping it will then spur some
dialogue here in MN.
Thank you!!
