Is anyone using the CP model with trusts & estates/probate in the US?
I am talking with a friend in the trust management area and he was very
interested in learning more about using the Collaborative model in trusts
and estates and is willing to connect me with people in that area he knows
who might be open to this.
What I am wondering is if someone has something they have put together on
this that they would be willing to share with me. A brochure, flyer,
handout, article, etc. would be much appreciated. I am hoping it will then
spur some dialogue here in MN.
