l) Marketing. Newpaper articles are great. Make sure they include a
telephone number for more info. In that regard, it's good to set up a
dentral phone number and address for contacts for info and referrals.
Getting your brochurs with therapist types and religious leaders. Do talks
to them if they want it.
2) Doing It. My reaction to the questions is that if you sign a
participation agreement with all four participants at the start of the case,
you're going to know that the lawyers have agreed to particpate
collabortively. If one of the lawyers later decides to stay in a litigate,
the lawyoer would presumably be on the S___ list!
