Hi Tom (foggielaw@xxxxxxxxxx) -- I have a pretty amusing but informative
skit scripted out that my colleagues and I performed at several progams
several years ago called The Greek Chorus. Not sure if you mean by "shadow
advisors" only professionals that clients retain in secret to get private
consults during a Collab case, or if you also mean the advisors in family
and friend groups that sway clients without the team being fully aware of
it.
Let me dig it up and send you the script. We hammed it up with costume
accessories to amp up the identities (nightgown for dead mother - a greek
chorus member inside the wife-client's head; floppy sun hat for
mother-in-law, tie and blazer for shadow attorney giving secret second
opinion, baseball cap for husband's best buddy, etc etc.) and it was
always a great hit. The discussion afterwards about greek chorus members
(shadow advisors) in our cases was always lively and interesting.
