Louise,
Thank you so much for mentioning the IACP Divorce Satisfaction Survey! The
survey will compare different divorce process options including litigation,
Collaborative Practice, settlement options other than Collaborative Practice
and “do-it-yourself” divorce.
IACP has retained Crescent Research to identify clients who will respond to
process option categories other than Collaborative divorce but it is up to us
Collaborative practitioners to identify Collaborative clients for the survey.
We really only have a short period of time left (until May 31st) to reach our
goal and we need everyone’s help.
If we have participation from a sufficient number of Collaborative clients, we
will have the ability to compare Collaborative Practice with the other process
options for the first time in a wide scale survey. We hope to gain a wealth of
information that will be directly useful to marketing efforts and public
education.
If anyone would like to have their clients represented in the Survey or would
like to help ensure Collaborative clients are included in the survey, please
back channel me at bkelly@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx mailto:bkelly@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx ;
and I will get you the information you need.
Sincerely,
Barbara Kelly
