Bradley, I am on the drafting committee of the Collaborative Law Institute and
we are going to draft a sample uniform contract for y'all to use, but one has
not been drawn to date. I know that Patrick Savage has a form he uses, so you
might want to contact him. Just as soon as we've drafted one for uniform use
