We may be on our way in Florida as well. The House Civil Justice Committee
considered our Collaborative Law bill last week and it passed 11-0. The Bill
is on the agenda to be considered tomorrow!! We’ll keep you informed.

On March 24th, the New Jersey Senate Judiciary Committee unanimously approved
S-1224, The New Jersey Family Collaborative Law Act. Although the bill still
requires approval from the Senate and Assembly and then the Governor, I believe
it is a great advance for collaborative law in New Jersey.
