That is terrific news, Joan! Congrats to New Jersey and good luck. We
also have good news in Michigan for the UCLA - On March25th, Senate Bill
714 unanimously passed in the Senate (37 - 0) and is now headed to the
House Judiciary Committee. We are expecting good news --- keep your
fingers crossed!!

On March 24th, the New Jersey Senate Judiciary Committee unanimously
approved S-1224, The New Jersey Family Collaborative Law Act. Although the
bill still requires approval from the Senate and Assembly and then the
Governor, I believe it is a great advance for collaborative law in New
Jersey.
