I searched in vain but could not find any order attached to your email. Can
you arrange this to be uploaded on the collab group file portion? As a former
family court judge here in Las Vegas, I got collaborative divorce approved as
a concept but the voters did not re-elect me and the court has done nothing
since to promote collaborative divorce.

Resolution Model In The Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida. As president of
the Collaborative Family Law Institute in Miami, Florida, this is an exciting
step forward for collaborative practice. A copy of the order is attached.
I have been working for the past four years with another colleague to
have legislation passed and a rule approved by the Florida Supreme Court but
the road is long and slow with many attorneys slowly coming around to find
favor in helping us to accomplish these goals. Attorney Harry Tindall told me
that it takes years and years to have a Uniform Law passed so my patience is
not yet exhausted.
I look forward to meeting many of you in Toronto. The weather there will
be a welcome change from the "steamy sauna air" that greets me as I leave
for work each day! And I know the Forum will be terrific; each one always is!
