Ann and David:
A thought:
You might want to get everything prepared for the arbitration, but do a dry
run first, for practice. Then process through that experience with the
clients one last time.
How did they feel about how the case was presented?
Was the information presented satisfactory? Completely?
And most importantly -
How did you feel about handing this decision off to someone else to decide?
It would make me think twice.
