I know nothing about Baltimore's programs but in Miami, we have anger
management programs that perpetraters of domestic violence are often referred
to in
DV cases as part of the court's injunctive order.The courts in Baltimore may
have the same services available through some agencies or if they have
aFamily Court Services unit within the Family Division of the courts, they may
be
able to offer you some guidance.
