This is way more than you need to get started. If you are a Mac person,
Ubuntu will be easy to adjust to. And personally, I find the unity desktop
more agreeable to me than the gnome that it comes with now. You you can
download an "unubuntu" version of 20.04 or you can use the terminal to
install the unity desktop. If it comes to that with you, I can send you how
