nothings actually changed within the file, I think it ignores comments...
If you look at changeset [287], the only diff is in the timestamp.
The builds are reporting success, but I think the problem may be that your
dumps don't include the drop vths database, create vths database, use vths
database commands.
The command used to install the db doesn't specify a database to use, so
if it isn't specified in the dumpfile I guess mysql just ignores the other
stuff as it doesn't know where to run them.
If you're dumping using phpmyadmin, you can include these commands by
going to the database export tab of the server page and checking the boxes
for add DROP DATABASE and add DROP TABLE/VIEW/FUNCTION/PROCEDURE/EVENT
Hopefully that will sort it
