   DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION:
  The Web Application Support Group provides Implementation, Configuration, and 
Customization, Installation and Support of Middleware and Infrastructure 
services: iPlanet, PeopleSoft, Tuxedo, Weblogic and Websphere 24 X 7. Currently 
we are supporting both, Legacy Systems and Standardized Corporate Environment.  
Infrastructure services include: DNS, Proxy, Proxy DNS, Remote access and Mail 
Relay
   
  JOB DESCRIPTION:
  As a Multifactor Authentication Technical Analyst, you will be responsible 
for 
    
     Day-to-day support issues and projects 24 X 7. 
  
     Responsible for resolving problems and setting up new web based 
applications. 
  
     Will also interface with Development groups and other Technology 
organizations from the Business side on projects and support issues. 
  
     Be able to work independently with minimal supervision but also function 
as a team player is essential. 
  
     This position plays a key role in the Web Hosting Group (WHG) application 
support, integration and delivery of WEB applications across the organization.  
  
     Effective data management and technology delivery can contribute towards 
increasing the decision making process of both research analysts and line 
managers.  Minimum experience - 3 years

   TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
    
   Experience supporting large scale Unix web-based (Solaris) and Windows 
applications.   
   Experience with the following technologies: Netscape Enterprise Server, 
iPlanet, Websphere, WebLogic, PeopleSoft, Tuxedo, LDAP, Microsoft IIS, MTS, 
Active Server Pages, HTML, XML, BigIP, JRUN, Kshell, SSH, Java Script.   
   Good knowledge and understanding of Firewall configuration and Network 
protocols.   
   Understanding of DNS, Proxy, Mail Relay   
   Good knowledge of Unix/Wintel Security Procedures   
   Familiarity with proxy servers.
   
   
  NON-TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
    
   Strong customer and quality-focus is a must.   
   Problem solving ability, judgment, and decision-making skills required.   
   Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills   
   Ability to work as a team member and individually.   
   Excellent communication skills both written and oral.   
   Ability to apply broad-based understanding of security policies to 
programs/processes.    
   Solid understanding of privacy policy regulations.
