Job Description:
We
have an immediate opening for a Web Developer with thorough knowledge
of Oracle 8i, Oracle Discoverer 10g, Java, JSP, Servelets, EJB, XML,
STRUTS, and Javascript.
Web Developer
*Responsible for
gathering business requirements and translating them into Internet/web
architecture to achieve business objectives.
*Analyzes assigned
specifications, planning, designing, and developing solutions,
utilizing appropriate *Internet/Intranet/Extranet architecture
processes supporting a wide range of content - either individually or
in concert with project team members.
*Provides appropriate
documentation for object design decisions, estimating assumptions,
applets, and performance metrics * as required by organization
architecture process standards, or as assigned.
*Responsible for
minimizing the issues between the client and the server applications
and for the overall set-up and design of the Internet and web server
architecture.
*Coordinates the publishing of web site content,
user interface, look/feel and level of specificity to suit a wide range
of needs. *Knowledge and experience in HTML, including style sheets,
templates, complex tables, frames, image maps, CGI programming,
applets, animation, multimedia design and delivery, and web publishing
procedures, is essential.
This position prefers a Bachelor's
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field
and requires 2 to 4 years of IT work experience.
