Aw, DAMN, they removed all the fun out of the Enlarge Spell Feat. It only works with Wizard powers now. And dang, they nerfed every single one of the Cleric's Healing powers to only get the WIS mod bonus to powers that allow the use of a healing surge. EVERY single one. Damn, I didn't think they'd ever do that. I guess it's only a matter of time before the Shaman receives the same treatment, as they have a similar thing going for them with people adjacent to their spirit companion and whenever they used ANY Healing keyword power. I also notice they "fixed" Sudden Call having the exact same effect as Nible Spirit, only one being Paragon and the other being Heroic Teir. Sudden Call now only allows the Shaman to summon the Spirit companion as a free action once an encounter. -----Original Message----- From: warrl@xxxxxxxxxxxxx To: citansdnd@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Tue, May 4, 2010 8:47 pm Subject: [citansdnd] May 2010 rules updates NEW updates are in attached file. I spotted: 1) Cleric's surgeless healing powers got weakened. Diane, take a look. 2) A few of us discussed Feychargers at last session. There's a change that legantly nerfs he absurd overpowered builds without ruining the basic concept. 3) Important clarifications on swimming, leaping, flying, etc. The following section of this message contains a file attachment repared for transmission using the Internet MIME message format. f you are using Pegasus Mail, or any other MIME-compliant system, ou should be able to save it or view it from within your mailer. f you cannot, please ask your system administrator for assistance. ---- File information ----------- File: UpdateMay2010.pdf Date: 4 May 2010, 19:41 Size: 850896 bytes.
