Here is the list of films and the dates for which we would like to schedule
them. The list includes the distribution companies and each film has a
contingency option for a second choice for that slot if there is a problem
in booking the first choice. We decided to change our schedule by moving
back the start by a week and then skipping over the weekend of 1/19-20/19
for which there is another Womens Protest March planned across the country.
We then have just one week between our second weekend screenings and our
third weekend screenings. After that we have screenings every other week and
have screenings of BUDAPEST NOIR the weekend before MJFF opens and the
MJFF satellite screenings start at Railroad Square. Barbara Merson indicated
that she was willing to contact Neil at Menemsha Films to let them know that
we were working with them in our screening of it. Would you like me to
contact her about doing that? Ken, is there anything else you need for
booking purposes? Mike, I will work on blurbs for our films for promotional
purposes. I assume we will be using the same type of brochure that we have
used for the last couple of years or so unless you have something different
in mind. Are there any constraints that you would like me to work within in
doing that like dimensions, number of words, etc. ?
