We would have to have one heck of a flood for the place where I'm living to
get flooded. But it was an interesting video nonetheless. While I am skeptical
about the climate change concerns I do think it is a good idea that they will
be adjusting insurance prices based on risk and eliminating the current
situation where the lower risk homeowners subsidize the higher risk homeowners.
I'm surprised that the government will be acting more like a private insurance
company in that regard. Especially during a Democratic administration.
