The fatal structure fire paged out by CIFN on 02/15/04 at approx. 2:00am was on
Walnut Street between 7th & 8th. I personally called Effingham 911 for the info
and they were advised the fire was on 3rd street as we paged it.
There was 1 female fatality, 15yo daughter was severly burned.
