If you have no TK, you should still try to play the game.
If one of the players has a clock, he or she can keep time.
If neither has a clock, try playing without a clock.
If one player thinks that the opponent is playing too slowly, he or she
should adjourn the game, and schedule the resumption.
A TK must be there for the resumption.
