ChessTournament is almost over! This is your last chance to sign up, or you

subscribe. Thenenter the tournament by emailing our list. I, CurtisCockayne,

areinvited to play in the World Chess Parlor Tournament.Thetournament is Swiss
style. The time control is thirty moves perhour. Since achess clock is usually
available, the 2.5 minute rule is being dropped. Thistime, to enter,youmust
promise to get at least 2 Good Citizen points by the end of Round3. Usually
this means that you will be the third-person timekeeper for atleast one game by
the end of Round 3. If you have not received at least 2GC points, you will be
removed from the Tournament. If youdo not have a chess clock, you can write to
our chess list, and ask for someoneto show you howto usea software chess clock.
Probably, someone will help you. Youmust speak at least a little English or
have someone who can help you with yourEnglish. You canplay using Skype or, if
your opponent agrees, freechess.org or Lichess. Thefull rules will be emailed
with the Round 1 pairings. Before you enter this tournament, you must get a
