I just feel so, so painfully awful about this whole thread -- and being
really,really embarrassed is the least of it.
All this chatter about subscribing to the new and resubscribing to the
usual... and here sits me -- neither so new or comfortably usual -- how do I
unsubscribe?

More confusing are names like "Jean-Marie" (male) and "Marie-José"
