[chaoscope] ESC key to stop search and rendering

Hi,
after a discussion with a user, I realised the Shift-F3 and F5 key
combinations to stop attractor search and rendering, respectively,
weren't exactly the best choice I've ever made in terms of user interface.
What would you think about using the Escape key instead, for both of
them? It's standard and would be more intuitive.
The question is open to debate.
